My Approach

At Bee In A Tree Yoga, I believe that yoga, breathwork, and meditation are for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. My approach is centered around creating a welcoming and safe space where you can explore, grow, and thrive. Together, we'll unleash your power and create a deeper connection to your authentic self.

Breathwork

Your breath is the bridge between your mind and body. Breathwork refers to a variety of breathing exercises and techniques designed to enhance physical, emotional, and mental well-being. By consciously controlling your breath, you can influence your body's physiological state, reduce stress, increase energy, and improve overall health.

The breathwork sessions are crafted to teach you how to control your breath and use it as a tool for healing and transformation.

Movement

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement. This practice involves flowing from one pose to another seamlessly, using the breath as an anchor to create a continuous, smooth sequence. Often referred to as "flow" yoga, Vinyasa builds strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Each class can vary in pace and intensity, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing the mind and decreasing distractions to achieve a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness. There are various forms, such as mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and more. By regularly practicing meditation, you can improve your emotional balance, concentration, mental clarity, intuition, and healing.

Meet Megan

Hi I'm Megan, creator of Bee In A Tree Yoga, whose mission is to bring the healing powers of breathwork, meditation, and yoga movement to everyone.

​

Yoga was just exercise at first until I went on my first yoga retreat in Maine where I uncovered the true magic of yoga.

 

Years later I was called to deepen my practice, so I became a 200RYT. During my training I fell into a dark hole of depression. I started working 1:1 with an embodiment guide who used breathwork and meditation to help me heal and overcome my depression. 

​

The power that was unleashed in me was life changing. I knew I needed to help others unleash their power within too, so I became a certified breathwork and meditation guide.

​

My purpose in life is to guide beautiful humans in unleashing their power within to heal and connect to their true authentic self.
